Beer Tech Studios LLC (“Beer Tech Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with The Last Fairytale (the “Game”), our websites including beertechstudios.com (the “Site”), and related online services, features, content, customer support, and community interactions (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes Beer Tech Studios’ own privacy practices. Certain features of the Services may rely on third-party tools, platforms, infrastructure, and account systems, including Epic Online Services. Those third parties may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services and which features are enabled. Not every category below is collected from every user, and not every feature is active at all times.

- bug reports, survey responses, and playtest submissions
- information submitted through contact forms, waitlists, newsletters, or similar forms
- reports, screenshots, or other materials you voluntarily submit to support us in investigating issues

We do not currently collect automatic crash reports through the Site or Game. If we introduce crash reporting or enhanced diagnostics in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

5. Epic Online Services
The Last Fairytale may use Epic Online Services (“EOS”)to support certain online functionality. Depending on the features enabled, EOS may support authentication, account linking, friends or presence features, invites, lobbies, matchmaking, networking, achievements, progression, cross-platform functionality, and service security.
When EOS is enabled, information may be processed by Epic and may also be shared with Beer Tech Studios to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and secure the relevant functionality. This may include account or platform identifiers, session information, IP address, device or technical information, and gameplay or service interaction data relevant to the enabled online features.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization where required by law.
7. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to newsletters or promotional communications, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send service-related or transactional communications.
